About Almond Care
Almond Care is a leading provider of homecare services for individuals with complex healthcare needs, look after children and supported living. We are seeking a part time finance assist to work 8 to 12 hours per week, in the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant, you will be:
* Processing Invoices
* Creating and allocating invoices
* Reconciling expenses through budgets
* Reconciling Expenditure
* Processing receipts
* Assisting with payroll preparation
* Work alongside our existing team
* Helping to ensure that our accounts are managed efficiently.
Key Requirements
* 1-year minimum experience working within a financial environment
* Experience with purchase ledgers and accounts payable
* Have an understanding of credit control
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Experience working with Microsoft Packages
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Attention to detail
