🚀 The Role
As Legal Counsel, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, partnering closely with commercial, digital and engineering teams.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same, with exposure to cutting-edge projects across technology and innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (supplier, customer, licensing, collaboration, confidentiality)
* Acting as a business partner to key divisions, providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice
* Supporting complex transactions and strategic initiatives alongside senior legal leadership
* Advising on legal risk and ensuring compliance across a growing international business
* Collaborating with colleagues across risk, compliance, IP and commercial functions
* Contributing to the development of legal processes, templates and efficiencies
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Strong academic background with qualified solicitor experience
* Experience gained in private practice and/or in-house
* Proven experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
* Exposure to technology, digital or IP-related matters
* A commercially minded, pragmatic approach to legal advice
* Ability to work closely with stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
