Job Description
The role will involve using our digital Care Management platform to:
1. Read and review care notes
2. Run and review reports
3. Use AI Care Copilot to identify patterns, errors, and potential areas of concern
4. Review MAR charts to check whether medication has been taken appropriately and highlight any concerns
Qualifications
This role is ideal for someone who:
5. Has a high level of attention to detail
6. Is confident using computer systems and digital platforms
7. Is comfortable reviewing written records and data
8. Can work independently and handle confidential information appropriately
