An exciting opportunity has arisen at our DP World Contract Logistics site for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. This role is essential to the smooth running of the warehouse office, acting as a key contact point for customers, warehouse teams, and hauliers. You will provide administrative support, ensure accurate data entry, and help maintain high standards of service and compliance. This is an on-site position, working Monday through Friday.
Location: DP World Contract Logistics, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, this will be a rotating shift pattern between the core hours of 6am and 10pm
Contract: Permanent
Maintain accurate filing and archiving systems.
Acknowledge drivers onto site and liaise with visiting contractors.
Input manual data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with 100% accuracy.
Process collection and delivery documentation and produce delivery paperwork.
Generate customer reports and complete online customer orders.
Support warehouse operations by producing orders ready for picking.
Liaise with management and shift supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Basic high school education with exam passes in English and Mathematics.
Previous administration experience is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Comfortable using the internet and learning new software packages.
