Industrial Relations & Welfare Manager (remote)
An exciting short-term opportunity (6–9 months) to support the early phase of a major UK infrastructure project, with the potential to transition into a permanent role as the project moves into its next stage.
We're looking for someone with strong industrial relations experience to help set up procedures, build stakeholder relationships and support welfare initiatives on site.
Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of UK labour law, experience working in complex project environments and confidence navigating union engagement.
