About the Role

What You'll Do
Lead CRM Implementations: Own the process from discovery and scoping to configuration, launch, and optimisation.
Configure Leading Platforms: Work hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, and Zoho to meet client goals for acquisition, nurturing, retention, and reporting.
Data Management: Handle migrations, field mapping, integrations, and consent, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Be the Expert: Act as the go-to CRM specialist for client accounts, providing training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Email Marketing Excellence: Design and execute tailored email strategies, build automated journeys (welcome, onboarding, lead nurturing, re-engagement), and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.
Client Collaboration: Present solutions, share insights, and deliver recommendations that drive measurable results.
Project Management: Juggle multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and scope are met.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, strategists, developers, and creatives to deliver integrated solutions.
Performance Analysis: Set up dashboards, track KPIs, and uncover optimisation opportunities to enhance segmentation, automation, and customer journeys.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering CRM implementations in an agency or consultancy setting.
Hands-on expertise with one or more CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho).
Strong background in email marketing and automation.
Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities.
Solid understanding of CRM data structures, integrations, and lifecycle marketing.
Knowledge of email compliance, consent management, and data privacy regulations.
