Customer Service Administrator Required! \n\nOur client is a leading packaging manufacturer based in Southampton.\n\nOn behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers and internal operations, managing a range of administrative and customer service tasks.
As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient order processing and clear, professional communication throughout.\n\nPackage:\n\nSalary £25,000 - £26,000 (DOE)\nAnnual company bonus\n28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays\nWorking hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pmCustomer Service Administrator - Responsibilities:\n\nHandling inbound phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency\nEntering data accurately and promptly into internal systems\nPerforming general administrative duties including photocopying, filing, invoicing, and managing documents\nOrganising and coordinating the dispatch of customer orders\nCreating and distributing job sheets to relevant teams\nProviding clear and timely updates to customers on order progress\nDelivering friendly, professional support and guidance to customers\nAssisting colleagues with general administrative support as requiredCustomer Service Administrator - Requirements:\n\n2 years' experience in customer service role within a manufacturing environment\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to prioritise workload\nConfident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal systems \n\nStreamline Search is acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy, and in accordance with GDPR by applying to this post you are granting us consent to process your data and contact you in relation to this application
