Job Title: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Core Team
Location: London (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £100,000–£150,000 (plus performance incentives)
PQE: 10+ years
Client Following Required: £250k–£500k+

This is not just another senior solicitor role. I am looking for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with gravitas, vision, and a meaningful client following (£250k–£500k+) to join the core team of a highly selective, forward-thinking firm based in London.
You will work alongside senior leaders and play a central role in developing the corporate commercial offering while contributing to risk management (their fastest-growing practice area), strategic compliance, and the growth of their unique consultancy model.
The right person will be practical, intellectually agile, commercially savvy, and looking for more than just a payslip. You will see this as a launchpad to shape the direction of a modern legal business from the inside out.
The Role
* Lead and develop your own corporate & commercial client base
* Deliver high-value, high-quality legal work across a diverse portfolio
* Contribute to and influence the firm's risk management practice
* Play a part in firm-wide initiatives including SRA compliance, PI insurance, and core operations
* Oversee and collaborate with consultants across the UK and internationally
* Work closely with senior leadership with clear potential to grow into a future leadership role
What You Bring
* 10+ years PQE in corporate & commercial law, ideally from a well-regarded City or national firm
* A portable following of quality clients, billing £250,000–£500,000+ annually
* Experience in or appetite for risk management and regulatory compliance
* Intellectual flexibility to balance complex workstreams across contentious and non-contentious matters
* A straight-talking, client-first mindset with the confidence to advise founders, boards, and high-growth businesses
* A desire to be part of a tight-knit team, not a faceless corporate machine
