We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our global product marketing team. In this role, you will help shape and share the story of MDPI’s products through compelling long-form content and targeted marketing campaigns. You will collaborate across teams to support product launches, digital promotions, and audience engagement initiatives, while analyzing results to optimize marketing performance.
Location: Manchester
This is a full-time in office role. The office is located next to Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Create and edit long-form content (e.g., blog posts, case studies) aligned with product positioning and strategy.
* Assist in planning and implementing marketing initiatives to promote MDPI products, including email campaigns, product launches, and digital promotions.
* Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, design, communications) to ensure marketing deliverables are consistent and timely.
* Gather insights on target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to support content and campaign strategies.
Skills and Qualifications :
* A Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
* Experience in marketing, communications, or content creation (including internships).
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
* Excellent English language skills.
* Competency with Microsoft Office365.
* Experience using SEO tools and Wordpress.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Creativity and storytelling ability.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
