Office Manager - Kent - Market Leading Company We are currently recruiting for a market leading business in one of the biggest growth sectors across the UK. We are currently supporting our client who are a market leading business who have major clients across a range of sectors including utilities, construction and civil engineering who are seeking an Office Manager with strong Excel and financial reporting skills. This is working for a company who have gone through a lot of growth over the last 5 years, turnover around £100 million and looking for someone to help maintain and maintain this growth. Role: Cost management including analysing cost reports Assist where required with any investigations / HR matters relating to any works under your control Ensure every job has a PO raised Compiling time sheets and values for Payroll Checking cost elements Invoice reconciliation Developing good working relationships Project Team and all stakeholders Candidate: Experience in an Office based or similar role Strong/advanced skills to produce financial reports and be able to use vlook ups, formulas etc Experience in financial management and cost control Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment Must have a full UK driving license Package: Basic Salary: up to £36,000 Location: Kent - just outside of Maidstone (office-based role) 20 days annual leave bank holidays Pension scheme Life assurance Company events This is a great opportunity to work for a company which is rapidly growing.
