The Role: Care Assistant
Location: Chester and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible working with guaranteed hours after probation

What We’re Looking For:
* Compassionate, reliable individuals with a genuine passion for care
* Commitment to regular weekly hours (e.g. 10, 20, or 30 hours)
* Flexibility to work within agreed timeframes
* Availability to work alternate weekends is required to ensure consistency of care for clients
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car (essential)
* Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship or switch available)
* Successful completion of probation to access guaranteed hours
