The SENIOR PRODUCER role at BLACK KITE

As a Senior Producer at Black Kite, you are responsible for delivering production excellence from pitch through to delivery. You have a strong working knowledge of the industry and a broad range of existing client relationships. You are passionate about providing creative solutions to the most exciting clients and Directors.

Responsibilities

• Win and deliver exciting work.
• Work with EP/Head of Production to execute sales strategy for new and existing clients.
• Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business.
• Manage Ceta schedules efficiently.
• Work with your team to pitch and bid on projects and execute high end creative treatments.
• Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team.
• Deliver projects on time and budget.
• Nurture and develop junior members of the Production Team.
• Client entertainment. Make your clients feel special.
• You are a brand ambassador for BLACK KITE - attend industry events and awards shows.

Qualifications

• You have prior experience working in Production at a Senior Level within Advertising VFX.
• You have a solid understanding of the VFX pipeline and what it takes to deliver outstanding VFX work.
• You have a wide range of existing clients.
• You are motivated to develop new and lasting client relationships.
• You thrive on winning new work.
• You have experience managing large teams and projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• You are solutions and detail orientated.
• You have experience working with CETA or other industry standard software.
• You are highly organised and are an excellent problem solver.
• You are a skilled negotiator.
• You are a great multi‑tasker, able to balance priorities effectively.
• You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• You enjoy working in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
