Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Executive / HR Manager to manage our HR processes, support recruitment, and contribute to building a strong company culture. You will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure smooth HR operations in a fast-growing, innovative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
* Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration into the team.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
* Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws.
* Advise management on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
* Coordinate performance management, training, and professional development programs.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
* Familiarity with UK employment laws, payroll, and benefits.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
