Role Overview
* The appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team known for providing excellent technical advice and exceptional commercial awareness.
* The team serves a diverse client base, including multinational companies, international investors, and entrepreneurs.
* You will have the flexibility to specialize in a particular area or handle a broad M&A caseload.
* Expect to manage a busy caseload from the outset and support junior team members.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent academics and be an NQ or have relevant experience from a recognized law firm.
* You should have comprehensive knowledge of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
* Paralegals with strong academics and at least 12 months' experience in a corporate team are encouraged to apply.
* The role involves business development, cross-selling, and supporting firm growth.
* Support and mentorship are available, with full training provided.
