Account Executive - IoT and Energy -
Motive Group are the exclusive recruitment partner for an Energy Tech business helping reduce Co2 and save money in the process.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Owning your pipeline from start to close: winning new logos and growing them into loyal customers across Professional Services, Retail, and Facilities.
✅ Engaging senior leaders at major global companies, particularly in Sustainability, ESG, and Operations.
✅ Using data-driven insights to prioritise your efforts and accelerate deal cycles.
✅ Learning daily from experienced colleagues who've successfully closed deals with multi-billion-pound customers.
Who you are:
You've been successfully closing sales for at least 2 years.
Experienced in selling directly to senior stakeholders—especially Sustainability and Operational leaders.
Comfortable navigating significant revenue deals in commercial industries.
Use to structured selling in a consultative environment. We use MEDDPICC, but experience of any process driven methodology is useful.
Organised, humble, and eager to learn.
Experienced with CRM tools (We use Hubspot).
Passionate about sustainability and eager to join a dynamic start-up/scale-up environment.
