Branch Manager
Hours: 44 hrs/week – Permanent role, 7 am – 4:30 pm Mon‑Fri, 8 am – 12 pm Sat rota.
Salary: £32,190 basic per year. Bonus/OTE: up to £42,174 per year.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the branch team, ensuring operational excellence.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales базу & market share.
* Manage day‑to‑day branch operations and team absences.
* Support regional recruitment and staff training.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets & maintain standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Hands‑on manager, leading by example with strong leadership & organisational skills.
* Passionate about customer service and sales.
* Commercial mindset to maximise margins, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Valid full_OWNER driving licence.
* Prior experience in a similar role – trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing or uPVC environment desirable.
