The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and developing long term relationships with clients in the financial services sector. The role requires a deep understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities
 * Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
 * Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
 * Coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent service and resolve client issues promptly.
 * Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients.
 * Ensure all client interactions and records comply with regulatory and company standards.
 * Prepare regular reports on client activity, service delivery, and performance metrics.
 * Attend meetings, networking events, and industry forums to represent the organisation and strengthen client relationships.
Skills and Experience Required
 * Proven experience in a client relationship or account management role within financial services or a related industry.
 * Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, or wealth management services.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
 * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
 * Competence in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
 * Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial sector.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
 * Relevant professional qualifications such as CISI, CII, or equivalent are desirable.
