The role:
Reporting to the Technical Lead, engineers develop, deliver, maintain, and support our insurance systems, both public-facing and internal. Responsibilities include all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design to support.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing new application features iteratively.
* Writing code following our standards and practices.
* Automating tests for features.
* Building extensible functionality.
* Participating in peer reviews and sharing knowledge.
* Identifying issues and communicating solutions.
* Contributing to project planning and timelines.
* Mentoring team members as needed.

Requirements
* Proficiency in application development with:
* C#, .Net Core
* Web API
* React/Typescript
* Experience in SCRUM agile environments.
* Understanding of development methodologies and design patterns.
* Ability to investigate and resolve issues.
* Experience with Cloud computing, containerisation, and IaC.
* This role is based in our Fleet office, requiring 2 days per week onsite.
