What We’re Looking For A recognised Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years (or equivalent). Previous experience in an early years setting, with a solid understanding of child development. Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. Strong communication skills and a caring, approachable nature. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and show initiative.
