What we are looking for:
* Assessing and Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
* Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, or presenting to adults
* Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
* Ability to own and drive a car with suitable insurance or access to public/private transport
* An enhanced DBS check is required for this role
About the Role:
* Deliver training courses and conduct assessments professionally and consistently as per organisational standards
* Maintain professional competence in your subject area
* Handle building security, venue opening/closing, and lone working
* Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to uphold high standards
* Pilot new training initiatives as needed
* Complete all course documentation accurately and promptly
