Job Description: As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will manage and represent clients in a variety of legal disputes, offering expert legal advice, and striving for favourable resolutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, providing invaluable legal support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and represent clients in various dispute resolution matters, including commercial and property disputes.
* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their cases.
* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
* Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
* Work closely with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases and address their concerns.
* Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff within the firm.
* Maintain accurate and organised case records and documentation.
Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Dispute Resolution.
* Strong knowledge of UK dispute resolution laws and procedures.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in legal software and research tools.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
