Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast paced business in Telford who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team in Telford
Your new role
You will be working within a small team and duties will include:
1. Process invoices l
2. Post supplier invoices/credits
3. Validate supplier invoices to rate cards
4. Highlight issues on supplier invoices and assist in resolution
5. Supplier statement reconciliations
6. Assist with supplier set up procedure, including security bank checks
7. Respond to supplier queries
8. Work with colleagues internally to resolve queries in a timely manner
9. Assist with month end procedures
10. Weekly and monthly payment runs
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk/ Purchase Ledger Clerk, who is used to working within a fast paced environment, is good with IT and specifically Excel and who works well within a team
