Multi skilled maintenance technician

We are a trusted Landlord/Developer in South Kensington, with properties in South Kensington, Putney, Sunningdale, and Frimley.

Were seeking a skilled Multi-Trader/handyman with a broad range of skills to help resolve issues in our property portfolio. This full-time role is ideal for a versatile professional excited to work in some of the most sought-after locations.

You will be primarily working in South Kensington, where you will walk from one job to the other, using a locked tool store in one of the buildings as a base, and using your vehicle (which you will be reimbursed for), drive to Sunningdale, and Frimley.

Benefits include -4 weeks paid leave, a discretionary 10% annual bonus and company pension are all included in the job

Requirements:

In this role, youll interact with tenants on a day to day basis, and take on a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks such as;

1. General Carpentry and Joinery
2. General Plumbing & Electrical Repairs
3. Problem solving / repairing faults.
4. Flooring and Glazing
5. Gutter cleaning and roof maintenance
6. Painting and Decorating
7. Plastering
8. Bathroom & Kitchen Installations
