Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of adult social care debt recovery matters from instruction to resolution
* Draft and negotiate legal documents including claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements
* Provide legal advice to council departments and contribute to governance reports
* Represent the authority in hearings and undertake advocacy where appropriate
* Collaborate with finance and social care teams to develop recovery strategies
* Support traded income work and contribute to service commercial objectives
