First Aid Lead – Full Time

Job Scope
Deliver day‑to‑day operation of First Aid at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort by offering a first aid service to both employees and guests, delivered to a high quality within the agreed standards set out in the current St. John’s First Aid at Work Guidelines and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort first aid procedures. Also ensure paperwork is harmonised across CWOA & TP.
Key Objectives
* Overview the daily duties to ensure the department is fully functional.
* Provide the ultimate experience of the Merlin/LEGOLAND brand.
* Ensure consistent high standards of front and back of house areas.
* Ensure that the daily running of the department is smooth and efficient.
* In consultation with relevant managers, maintain first aid policies, procedures & COSWP.
* Attend bi‑regularly in a clinical environment or on first aid duties to keep skills and knowledge up to date and report changes in current first aid procedures.
* Manage specific projects as agreed by the Zonal Manager.
* Provide administrative and IT support and produce accurate reports, general IT and documentation as necessary.
* Archive old records and prepare forthcoming seasonal paperwork.
* Maintain the relationship with local emergency services and act on feedback to improve customer care.
* Organise and arrange regular and random drug and alcohol testing across the resort.
* Liaise with Human Resources when appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent communication skills.
* Working knowledge of the Park and Hotel including geographical layout and services (desired).
* Awareness of guests’ wants and needs to eliminate complaints and exceed expectations.
* Active demonstration of commitment to positively handling difficult situations and change without conflict.
Due to the nature of this role a valid First Aid at Work Qualification is required (FAW).
Full Driving Licence is desirable.

Pay Range
GBP £13.70/Hr.
