Junior operational services manager

Overview

We are looking for two highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Operational Services Managers to join the General Surgery Management Team within the Colorectal & UGI department. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to forge and maintain relationships, manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks and focus on critical issues when decision making is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Experience of working within an acute NHS trust.
• Demonstrated operational management skills.
• Experience managing administrative teams in a current role.
• Ability to handle a busy workload and prioritise critical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
