Join our vibrant publishing company as a Production Assistant, based in our modern office just a stone's throw from Blackpool Airport. This essential role keeps our shipments moving and our teams supported. You'll play a key part in both logistics and administration, helping our client management and partnership teams in their mission to deliver outstanding service. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexible in/out times available.
What You'll Do:
* Coordinate Global Shipments: After training, and with ongoing support, you'll prepare, send and track small-package shipments to our clients and partners around the world. You'll also help coordinate, in conjunction with our UK print partners, palletised exports of our magazines. You'll use supplier and internal systems to stay ahead of the game, ensuring that any issues are raised quickly and helping to find solutions.
* Administrative Support: Provide key administrative support to our client management and partnership teams. This could include entering information into our CRM and task management software, obtaining quotations for shipping from our US print partner, or assisting with projects.
* Handle Inbound Queries: Be the friendly and professional voice of the company when handling incoming calls and assisting clients or partners with their queries.
* Absence Cover: Step in to assist our teams with high-level tasks when needed, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Starting salary of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, based on a 35-hour working week, which will be reviewed upon successful completion of probationary period. Full details provided at interview stage.
