About the Role As a Gym & Group Exercise Instructor, you will: Deliver outstanding customer experiences and support clients to achieve their fitness goals. Lead engaging and safe group exercise classes, inspiring members of all levels to stay active. Carry out induction sessions, consultations, and assessments, helping members get started on the right foot. Use your expertise to plan and adapt safe, progressive training programmes. Routinely engage customers on the gym floor, offering guidance, encouragement, and a friendly face. Maintain high standards of health and safety and cleanliness throughout the gym environment. Promote an inclusive and supportive culture within our centres.
