The Operational Learning Administration Team work with the core delivery teams within the department to support the co-ordination of delivery of specialist skills training including Public & Personal Safety training, Driver training, Crime training, Leadership, Assessment and Force systems.
This includes co-ordinating event management of the OL schedules, managing demand, eligibility, booking/cancellations and impact assessing changes to ensure events can run effectively and efficiently.
The admin team also facilitate the co-ordination of iLearn, the BCH Learning Management System (LMS) which holds data for deployable skills which feed into CARM, the Resource Management System.
We also act as the first point of contact for query management for customers with training related queries.
The role is varied and interacts with numerous stakeholders with links to training responsibilities locally.
A strong candidate would demonstrate versatility, problem solving and interpersonal skills. The usage of systems and IT solutions is also a critical to the function of the team. Whilst training will be provided, technical capabilities would be beneficial.
The role is a blend of office working and remote working.
