Salary: £52,000.00 – £56,000.00 Per annum

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, experience in sales processes, and proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce. The BDM will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving organisational objectives through innovative business strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the organisation’s client base and market share.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support business growth.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset capable of identifying growth opportunities.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
