Join us in a role that offers genuine variety, from a diverse surgical caseload (including robotic surgery) to opportunities for service development, leadership, teaching, and research. You’ll be supported to pursue and grow your own specialist interests within a department that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Be part of an NHS trust that values and invests in its people. In Devon, you’ll find not only an exceptional career but also an outstanding quality of life, surrounded by stunning coastlines, dramatic national parks and vibrant, welcoming communities.
You will join our Anaesthetics Department at North Devon District Hospital, part of the Royal Devon Northern services. The department consists of 27 consultant anaesthetists providing cover for 10 theatres each week.
The acute hospital in Barnstaple delivers a comprehensive range of secondary care services, including emergency care, cancer services, maternity and paediatrics.
