Responsible for installing and configuring software and hardware while managing and monitoring network servers and technology tools. Tasks include setting up accounts and workstations, ensuring system performance meets requirements, and maintaining overall system health. Additionally, handle troubleshooting of issues and outages, providing comprehensive support across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line levels to ensure seamless IT operations.
What We're Looking For:
* 1-2 years proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role.
* Experience working on Microsoft Stack Technologies
* Microsoft 365 Certified - Advantageous
* Eagerness to learn and grow in the tech space.
* Attention to detail in technical documentation.
