Details of a Facilities Operative Hixon Monday - Friday Flexible between 6:00am 4:00pm 40 hours per week Competitive pay (dependent on experience) Role of a Facilities Operative Cleaning toilets, washrooms, and welfare facilities General cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, and communal areas Sweeping internal walkways and external access routes Replenishing consumables (toilet rolls, soap, paper towels, etc.) Collecting and sorting waste and recycling Maintaining clean and organised waste areas Supporting the facilities team with general site duties Reporting maintenance issues Following cleaning schedules and site standards Requirements of a Facilities Operative Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards Reliable and able to work independently Physically capable of manual work Able to commute to Hixon Benefits of a Facilities Operative 28 Holidays per year Weekly Pay Pension Scheme Employed Status Mortgage references
