POSITION 3: Chef de partie - West Cotswolds This is a rosette level kitchen, good standards, produce tends to come from only a 30 mile radios, live in available POSITION 4: Chef de partie - Stroud This kitchen is a small kitchen of 5 chefs, you will work around the sections and cook a great range of produce, 32k POSITION 5: Sous chef - Daytime hours - Gloucester A kitchen in the Gloucester area, only 40hrs, 4 day week, weekdays. This is cooking a rosette level of cookery, 30-31k for only 40hrs POSITION 6: Senior sous chef - live in Senior sous chef required for a rosette level kitchen, 40-41k, live in, great standards, rosette POSITION 7: Sous chef - gastro pub A Gastro pub in the cotswolds is looking for a fresh food background sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, 38-40k POSITION 8: chef de partie - nr Cheltenham We are currently looking for a chef de partie for this kitchen in the Cheltenham area, good quality of food, possible live in if required, 30-32k For all of these roles, we are looking for candidates with great knife skills and passion for food.
