With a strong reputation for innovation and client satisfaction, we are growing our commercial team and looking for an experienced, driven MSP Account Manager to join us.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining new business development with account management. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth across both existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MSP clients
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within the cloud, connectivity, and IT services space
* Build strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Develop strategic account plans and deliver regular performance updates
* Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Proven experience in an account management or business development role, ideally within an MSP, IT, or cloud services environment
* Strong understanding of cloud and connectivity solutions (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, VoIP)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Full UK driving licence
What We Offer
* Competitive base salary of £30,000 – £40,000
* £5,000 annual car allowance
* Uncapped commission structure
