Were looking for a special candidate who will work alongside the Daily Deli Manager to lead our hard-working and friendly team, making it all happen - from preparing delicious food, first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. Youll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities. As Daily Deli Supervisor you will: Provide a first class service to all of our customers. Alongside the Daily Deli Manager, delegate work duties to other members of the Daily Deli team to ensure all duties are covered and to maintain a high quality service at all times. Carry out food safety control checks in all areas to ensure all standards are being maintained and recorded. Ensure stock is displayed in the correct position to attract sales, the correct price is displayed and waste recording procedure is being followed. Prepare and cook all food in line with company procedure and Health and Safety regulations. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the Daily Deli Department (front and back) is maintained at all times. Undertake other duties as required for the role. Skills for Success Previous experience in a similar role with a proven record of successfully managing teams in a food retail environment. Can demonstrate skills in coaching and team motivation. Have a track record of exceeding sales and profit targets. Can deliver an amazing experience to customers both personally and through the team.
