💊Role Overview
We are seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our fast-paced and friendly team - and we warmly welcome both experienced candidates and trainees .
Whether you’re already confident in dispensing or you’re taking your first step into pharmacy, you will play a key role in supporting the safe, accurate and efficient preparation and fulfilment of medication orders. We provide full training, support and a clear development pathway for trainees.
🕒 Working Hours
This role follows a fixed weekly shift pattern :
- Sunday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
- Monday–Thursday: 11:00am – 7:00pm

📦Key Responsibilities
For all candidates (experienced + trainees):
* Support the safe and accurate dispensing of medication.
* Assist with medication preparation, labelling, and workflow management
* Contribute to order fulfilment and timely dispatch.
* Learn and follow Evaro’s systems, SOPs, and dispensing workflows.
* Maintain a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and reliability.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and positive operations.
F or experienced candidates (if applicable):
* Apply existing knowledge of pharmacy processes to support team efficiency.
* Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues when appropriate.
* Work confidently with NHS and pharmacy dispensing systems (if previously trained).
📜 Requirements
Essential
* Interest in working in a healthcare or pharmacy environment
* Ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy in routine tasks.
* Basic IT skills to work with dispensing systems.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Willingness to undertake all required training and development.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent).
* Experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser, Pharmacy Assistant, or MCA.
* Familiarity with NHS processes and dispensing workflows

* £12.75–£13.75 per hour (dependent on experience)
