Join our team to lead Wraparound Care provision where children feel safe, supported, and inspired. You’ll manage daily operations, plan engaging activities, and guide a team—all while ensuring compliance and high-quality care. Permanent Contract
Hours: 10 hours per week
Weeks: 39 weeks per annum
£29,987.00 - £31,002.00 Annually (FTE) (£15.96 - £16.52 per hour)
Actual salary for 10hrs pw, 39 weeks per yr TTO is £7125 (F1) - £7366 (F2)
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
1. Proven experience in childcare or education settings.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
4. Knowledge of safeguarding, Health & Safety, and OFSTED requirements.
5. Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities for children.
6. First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable:
7. Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or Early Years.
8. Experience managing budgets and administrative tasks.
9. Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
10. Creative approach to problem-solving and activity planning.
11. Confidence in liaising with parents and external agencies.
