Helpdesk Administrator - Be the Hero Behind the Scenes!


Location: West Lothian
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (half hour lunch)
Salary: Negotiable (we value your experience!)

We're on the hunt for a Helpdesk Administrator for one of our long-standing clients who's got a passion for facilities management, and a natural flair for all things customer service related. Whether you're early in your career or bringing years of wisdom, if you're ready for a new challenge in a fast-paced, supportive environment-this is your moment to shine.



What You'll Be Doing


You'll be the friendly first point of contact for all things facilities and customer support. Think of yourself as the mission control for our building and service operations. Your day-to-day will include:



1. Answering calls and helping people with their queries like a pro

2. Logging helpdesk requests and making sure nothing slips through the cracks

3. ️ Coordinating engineers and contractors to get things fixed-fast!

4. Keeping clients in the loop and making sure they're smiling

5. Creating reports, quotes, and keeping everything running like clockwork

6. Using your initiative to solve problems and escalate when needed




What You Bring to the Table



7. Experience in a facilities or FM helpdesk role (you've done this before and you're good at it!)

8. Top-notch communication skills-written and spoken

9. Confident with Microsoft Office and Teams

10. A team player who can also fly solo when needed

11. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a love for helping others
