- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for KS2
- Someone with strong classroom practice and high expectations
- A reflective practitioner who's open to learning and growth
- An individual who supports the ethos of Catholic education (you don't need to be Catholic)
- Someone who brings energy, innovation and warmth to the school community
