We’re looking for a Finance Admin Manager to join our Client's dynamic team at a leading commercial energy consultancy based in the heart of Newcastle. Your responsibilities will include: •Payroll Management for 30 staff, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. •Commission Runs – calculating and distributing monthly commissions. •Contract Clawbacks – managing and reconciling clawback processes. •Invoicing – generating and tracking client invoices. •General Finance Duties – including reconciliations, reporting, and supporting the wider finance function. What We’re Looking For: •Proven experience in a finance or payroll administration role. •Strong understanding of payroll systems and financial processes. •Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. •A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
