Please log into your MySelf account for further instructions on how to apply as an internal candidate. *Fusion Assets, NLP LLP NLC9: £34,926 - £40,695 Per Year Based in the Corporate, Strategy and Development team, you will report to the Business Development and Performance Team Leader and be responsible for assisting in maintaining the integrity and security of all Revenue and Benefits software systems as well as assisting in the supervision of functions carried out by Performance and Development Officers. You will ensure that the service provided but the Revenue and Benefits work stream is to an optimum level and is in accordance with agreed policies, procedures and service standards. You should have extended experience in a Business Development & Performance or Revenue and Benefits’ environment with IT skills including sound knowledge of software and systems. You should also have experience of managing and reviewing performance to achieve agree objectives and experience of performance management frameworks. An HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline is desirable, i.e. an IRRV Benefits Technician qualification. With good time management, analytical and influencing skills, you should be well organised with attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and analyse data. You will be joining a dynamic and flexible team who currently operate a hybrid working model of home-working and office-based working at the Civic Centre in Motherwell. A satisfactory level 1 check through Disclosure Scotland is required for this role.
