Job Title: Sales Manager - Software (SCM / WMS / ERP)
Location: North West - 4 days working from home, 1 day in the office
Salary: £60k+ and car allowance (or opt into car scheme), uncapped bonus potential
Role Summary
As leader of the sales team, you will be responsible for helping to drive growth across both new business and account management. You will help create and execute a successful sales strategy for our class leading software products. Meeting or exceeding sales targets for yourself and your team will be your top priority.

Responsibilities
* Help develop a strategy and execution plan for both the new business and account management teams
* Work with the Managing Director to set personal sales targets and goals. Track and report performance against these goals
* Set sales goals, monitor performance, and adjust as needed
* Assess team processes, identify improvements, and implement them
* Develop individual quotas and assign territories
* Provide detailed sales forecasts
* Coach, mentor, and give feedback to team members
* Collaborate with the Sales Director and salespeople on complex or large bids
* Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
* Assess individual performance and suggest corrective actions
* Recruit, hire, and train sales staff as needed
Experience and Skills
* Experience selling to multiple organizational levels
* Minimum 5 years selling Distribution and/or Supply Chain ERP solutions to medium and large organizations
* At least 2 years of sales management experience preferred
* Excellent communicator, confident in building rapport with decision makers
* Self-reliant, motivated, team player
* Proven leadership in meeting quotas
* Strong leadership skills
* Degree or graduate-level education
* Good understanding of wholesale and retail distribution; able to develop industry and product knowledge
* Full driving license required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Remuneration
* Competitive salary & OTE plus car allowance

* 37-hour workweek (9-5:30 Monday-Thursday, 9-5 Friday)
