We love creating exciting dining concepts across our locations and finding talented chefs to take them forward. In this Line Chef role, you will be preparing and cooking for a busy restaurant, delivering delight to our guests.

What you’ll be doing:
You will be in the thick of the action with your team, ensuring that meals are prepped, cooked, and served to our high standards, from simple salads to seasonal specials. This includes:
* Assuming responsibility for consistent and prompt food preparation, ensuring all meals meet our standards
* Helping the team comply with dish specifications, correct portion sizes, and waste management
* Maintaining safe, clean, hygienic, and tidy workspaces, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations
* Controlling food margins through stock management, product knowledge, and team coaching
Holidays may fall during holiday times, so flexibility to work on bank holidays and weekends is required.
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need:
We seek an experienced chef, enthusiastic team player, with:
* 1-2 years’ experience as a line cook, commis chef, or chef de partie
* Exceptional communication skills
* Good organization and problem-solving skills
* A passion for food and enthusiasm
* Resilience under pressure
Experience on a busy holiday park and supervising others is a plus.
