BTS Property Solutions is seeking experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our expanding team. This opportunity is well suited to motivated professionals looking to contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects across a diverse portfolio.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Schedule of Rates (SOR) void works or have a background in local authority framework contracts. You will demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation capabilities, alongside a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the effective management of all commercial and contractual aspects of projects, from initial inception through to final account. Working collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure robust cost control, risk management, and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of cost estimates and budgets
* Valuation and financial management of projects
* Subcontractor procurement and payment administration
* Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
* Delivery of accurate financial reporting
* Identification of cost efficiencies and value engineering opportunities
* Contribution to strategic commercial decision-making
