Are you an experienced Theatre Practitioner with experience & a passion for orthopaedics?
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a well-equipped private hospital setting, with a strong focus on quality care, efficiency, and patient experience.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care, including:
1. Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (. joint replacements, arthroscopy, and minor procedures)
2. Supporting the theatre team across the perioperative pathway
3. Preparing equipment and ensuring theatres are safe and compliant
4. Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and wider MDT
5. Contributing to clinical quality, governance, and continuous improvement
6. Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
7. Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
8. Experience working in theatre in an orthopaedic setting
9. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
10. A proactive, patient-focused approach
11. Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
