Duties

* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate advice.
Experience
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
* Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify appropriate solutions efficiently.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
* Experience working within a team environment and collaborating effectively across departments.
