Overview
Our client is looking for a Client Coordinator who has strong computer abilities and can multitask.
Responsibilities
* Take inbound calls or respond to emails and assign engineers to call out for maintenance issues.
* Assign the right type of engineer depending on the issue and be comfortable with UK geography.
* Take ownership of issues, make decisions, and provide exceptional customer service and admin support.
Qualifications
* IT literate with excellent administrative skills.
* Friendly, able to work under pressure and detail oriented.
Hours
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
