Year 3 Class Teacher Salary: London Fringe MPS1-UPS3 (£34,397 - £52,488) Start Date: Immediately after Christmas (Monday 5th Jan) We are seeking an experienced and passionate Year 3 teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire - a short drive or bus ride from Enfield, North London. This is a full-time, permanent position and is not suitable for ECTs. You will be responsible for leading a lively Year 3 class, creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. Monitor and assess pupil progress, using this information to inform teaching and support interventions. Maintain high standards of behaviour, motivation, and discipline in the classroom.
