Job description
We are looking for an additional Catalogue Support Guru to join our ever expanding Catalogue team. You will need to be self-motivated, methodical and have a keen eye for detail.You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in Data Processing and have a passion for understanding customer problems. The mission is to ensure all customers receive the best customer experience and understand the true value of TruBlue for their business.
Role
* You will be responsible for transferring and condensing complex data into a simple processing system.
* Assist in the administration required to complete the processing schedule.
* Responding to and resolving all data queries that come through to the Catalogues Team via email and phone.
Experience
Essential Skills/Experience:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
* High attention to detail;
* Ability to learn new systems efficiently;
* Ability to be self-driven and self-sufficient working remotely;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Demonstrate experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Demonstrated strong customer relationship skills, an ability to engage with all levels;
* Strong time management skills;
* Strong analytical skills;
* General I.T. knowledge;
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role;
Desired Skills/Experience:
* Experience in processing large amounts of data within bespoke systems
* Knowledge of the KBB Industry
* Experience in using ticket software
